How to Approve Funding Requests

Review and approve when kids redeem rewards for card credit

Before you start

Make sure you've completed these first:

When your child earns enough points and redeems a reward, you'll receive a funding request to approve.

How Requests Work

When a child redeems points for a monetary reward:

  1. A pending request is created
  2. You receive a notification
  3. You review and approve or deny
  4. If approved, your card is charged and their card is funded

Viewing Pending Requests

Go to Approvals

Tap Approvals in the navigation menu.

View Card Funding tab

Select the Card Funding section.

Review requests

See all pending, approved, and denied requests.
